I remember shooting 'The Railway Children' like it was yesterday", recalls Jenny Agutter.

The 69-year-old actress is the only original cast member from the 1970 film - which was based on E. 

Nesbit's book of the same name - to have reprised her role in the upcoming ‘The Railway Children Return’ 

and she admitted it felt like no time had passed when she returned to the same filming location, despite so many changes in her life since then.

According to Harper's Bazaar magazine, Roberta - a grandmother now - talks about being

sent to the countryside as if it was yesterday in "The Railway Children Return This resonates with me personally,

since I, too, first stepped on the platform at Oakworth station in 1970, when I was just 17 and played the young Bobbie in Lionel Jeffries' film.

Revisiting something from your past can be exciting and make you realize just how much can be lost since it seems as if nothing has changed.

I've lived in America, married, had children, and am now a grandmother -- and yet Oakworth looks much 

the same. It is as if time has slowed down The idea that her characters would get another chapter would have delighted Nesbit,
